Spacing & Arrangement:

Spiral shape creates sun/shade and wet/dry zones naturally. Plant according to water needs.

Three Sisters (Traditional)

Size: 3m x 3m minimum

Ancient Native American polyculture. Corn provides bean trellis, beans fix nitrogen, squash shades soil.

Corn (center, 6-8 stalks)Pole Beans (around corn)Squash (outer ring)

Spacing & Arrangement:

Plant corn first. When 15cm tall, plant beans at base. Plant squash 1m away in outer ring.

Size: 2m diameter circle

Grow all your pizza toppings! Wedge-shaped sections like pizza slices.

Spacing & Arrangement:

Divide circle into 6 wedges. Tomato in center, one ingredient per wedge.
